We are Slow Food Amsterdam! Slow Food is a global food movement committed to a good, clean, and fair food system. In Amsterdam, we put our mission into practice with residents, entrepreneurs, farmers, and policymakers. Food is at the heart of most of our SDGs. We are working on, among other things, the short-chain, local production, reducing waste, and making healthy and good food accessible to everyone.
