Detailed description
Are you an organizational talent who likes to keep an overview? Then we are looking for you! For our regional board we are looking for a new secretary who ensures that everything runs smoothly, so that our volunteers can give people with a physical disability unforgettable moments.
What are you going to do?
Together with the chairman, you organize the meetings, write reports and keep an eye on action points. You are the point of contact for contacts with the board, manage the administration and motivate others to keep this neat. You also order materials on time and keep a close eye on our agreements and rules.
What are you bringing?
Experience as a secretary is not necessary. We will assist you. If you work in a structured manner, are digitally skilled, speak good Dutch and communicate easily, we would like to get to know you!
