Do you want to contribute to the further professionalization of the Florakokjes Minima Kidsclub Foundation at board level?Detailed description
The secretary's portfolio:
a. Preparing and attending 12 board meetings per year
b. Drawing up the agenda and taking the minutes in consultation with the chairman
c. Keeping a paper and digital archive in accordance with the ANBI requirements
d. Maintaining contacts with third parties, including the City District, donors, funds
e. Assisting the fundraiser with applications for funds, writing reports and monitoring deadlines
f. Writing the annual report
g. Updating the triennial policy plan
h. Being present at a number of activities with the children
Requirements:
a. Affinity with poverty and multi-cultural issues
b. Preferably from / having a connection with Amsterdam-North
c. Preferably some years of experience in a secretary position in a board
d. MBO level or HBO level
e. Good knowledge of Word and Excel
f. Basic knowledge of the WBTR Act and the ANBI scheme
g. Good communicative skills
h. Able to switch up quickly
This is an unpaid position.
A meeting with the board, as well as an afternoon presence at the children's activities are part of the introduction.
