On July 28, we (welfare organizations SOOZ and Combiwel) organize our annual Neighborhood Lunch together with the Olympic Stadium.Detailed description
Because of the 750th anniversary of our beautiful city Amsterdam, we are combining the neighborhood lunch with a real talent show for residents of Zuid! On this festive afternoon we welcome 300 residents, who can really use a nice afternoon. During lunch we will provide background music. Many of our residents are having a hard time due to financial problems, illness or loneliness. During and after the neighborhood lunch, visitors can enjoy a delicious BBQ and a music party in the form of a talent show!
We can use helping hands to make this afternoon a success for the visitors. Especially help with setting up and taking down, welcoming the guests and helping with serving the lunch. And all other tasks that come our way.
We need help between 9am and 3pm – other times are possible upon consultation.
We are also looking for goods for a nice goody bag that we can give away afterwards. And of course a financial contribution is always nice.
