Vacancy volunteer position Administrative Assistant
The Re-Boost Foundation in Amsterdam South East is looking for 3 administrative employees for 4 hours per week | | Closing date: none
The Re-Boost Foundation has been offering the unique Booster Program for over 10 years to young adults with requests for help in one or more areas of life, so that they can become self-reliant, more self-confident, stronger and have more control over their own lives. We offer personal Booster coaching & group Booster activities for participants between the ages of 17 and 35.
Profile
- Good command of the Dutch language (spoken and written).
- Digital skills such as Word, Excel and Google Workspace and have your own laptop.
- Able to perform work independently and in a team
- The Re-Boost Foundation strives for a collaboration for a minimum period of 3 to 6 months.
- Available for a minimum of 4 hours per week on Fridays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m
Tasks and responsibilities
- Support the Office Manager in various areas, such as volunteer and participant administration.
- Manage various lists, such as participant lists and to-do lists.
- Answering emails and possibly making telephone calls
- Manage team agenda.
- Taking minutes during meetings.
