Local residents with a Stadspas are offered free exercise activities in the Noorderpark. Someone who assists them with this provides more incentive and motivation. You can make a difference for someone who has to deal with poverty and wants to put their own health first in order to become/stay healthy physically and mentally. Money should not be a stumbling block here. You will be linked to a participant who has chosen a movement activity and assist them with 4 training sessions

The exercise team of the Noorderpark Foundation, which organizes the free exercise activities, can be found every Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in community center Het Anker (Wingerdweg 260, entrance on the side of the Noorderpark).This opportunity is expired You can find other opportunities here.
