Fearless 5K Volunteers

About the Fearless 5k

A fun and welcoming 5K that everyone can do at their own pace. It’s our one and only major fundraising event each year, and our biggest community event. So all ages and all genders can feel the Fearless community spirit, support us and spread the word! 

In 2024, 375 people 5K-ed with us in Amsterdam and virtually around the world, raising €13k+ from entry fees. These funds help cover the vital costs of running our after-school courses that — from Skateboarding to Entrepreneurship — let kids learn new skills, build confidence and be comfortably themselves. Shaping Fearless futures in Amsterdam, Rotterdam and beyond.

What we need

We're looking for help for our Fearless 5k in 2025! We've worked with companies such as the Athlete's Foot, Nike and Stryker - Are you the next volunteer we're looking for?

We're urgently looking for help from 8-10 volunteers (smaller numbers are okay too!) as Field Marshalls.

When: 5 October (Sunday), 07:30 - 12:00

Where: Het Amsterdamse Bos

What: You'll help us by standing around the race course in the Amsterdamse Bos, pointing runners in the right direction and cheering them on! You'll be wearing volunteer bibs, and ensuring eyes on the race track to make sure that any falls or injuries are also reported to the First Aid manager. Led by our Events Manager, volunteers gather at 07:30 to make our race an incredible celebration. You are welcome to bring family (and pets) to come marshall and cheer with you!
