Grandma Coby may have come out on top in tests of the tastiest oliebollen in the Netherlands, but the Cobybol is about more than that.
With our Cobybollen, we bring people together, create a cozy atmosphere, and make an impact, from neighborhood bingo to senior brunch. That's why we're looking for an enthusiastic Event Manager to help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes and create a great atmosphere on the floor.
What are you going to do?
You're the one who helps organize the parties and pickup points at Oma Coby's Oliebollenbar. This means, among other things:
• Organizing pick-up points for private individuals in the Amsterdam region: arranging locations, being the contact person and ensuring that everything is perfect.
• Together with Chef Oma Coby's Oliebollenbar (Mark), determine how many volunteers are needed, recruit them and manage them on location.
• Create a cozy atmosphere and spread the story of Grandma Coby's Oliebollenbar.
• Maintain contact with locations (often catering establishments) and ensure pleasant cooperation.
• Helping with the foundation's events, such as neighborhood bingo, parties and senior brunches that contribute to our goal: reducing loneliness among the elderly.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who:
• Good at planning and organizing.
• Proactively identifies opportunities and takes action before anyone has to ask.
• Brings energy to a team and can manage it on location.
• Strong communication skills for contact with locations, volunteers and Chef Oma Coby's oliebollen bar.

Practical
• Period: mid-October to the end of December.
• Hours: average ±5 hours per week.
