Grandma Coby is known for her famous Cobybollen (Coby balls). Not only at markets and the Oliebollen bar, but also at companies looking to surprise their colleagues or business partners with a truly authentic recipe to combat loneliness. For the busy holiday season, we're looking for an enterprising and enthusiastic all-rounder to take on both B2B sales and operations.

What are you going to do?

You'll be the face and driving force behind our business. That means:

• Encourage companies to include Oma Coby's oliebollen in their Christmas packages, promotional gifts, or Christmas drinks. (Who doesn't want to do something good as a company?)

• Be the point of contact for our business customers: you explain what we do, what they can expect and keep them happy.

• Solving the logistical puzzle: ensuring that all bulbs arrive on time, in the right place and in the right quantities.

• Collaborate with Chef Oma Coby'sOliebollenbar (Mark) to have the correct quantities fried.

• Deploy and manage couriers: create schedules, communicate and adjust where necessary.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong sense of responsibility (you don't leave a customer or oliebol out in the cold).

• With a smooth chat you can recruit new leads and get companies excited about our Cobybollen.

• Strong in planning and maintaining an overview.

• Has good communication skills and can easily switch between customers, baking team and couriers.

Practical

• Start period: end of September 2025.

• In the beginning ±5 hours per week (depending on how quickly you achieve the targets 💪).

• Daily 1–2 hours in December, with a focus on logistics and implementation.

• Key dates: Christmas drinks (17, 18, 19 December) + end of year celebrations (29, 30, 31 December).
