Google Workspace Setup Specialist (Volunteer)
We are looking for someone who can help us set up and organize our Google Workspace Business environment for Make A Kid Happy.
This includes:
- Creating a structured and secure Google Drive system
- Setting up professional email accounts for team members
- Implementing shared calendars, task management, and access permissions
- Optimizing collaboration tools like Google Meet, Docs, and Forms
- Ensuring the system is easy to manage and ready to scale as we grow
Skills needed:
- Experience with Google Workspace for Business
- Knowledge of cloud security and user management
- Ability to think practically and set up a system that fits a dynamic non-profit team
