Girls Forward Foundation is looking for a Fundraiser

Are you an experienced fundraiser and looking for a great challenge? Girls Forward Foundation is looking for you! As a fundraiser, you play an important role in securing financial resources to support and expand our work for girls. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven professional who has experience in fundraising and a passion for creating opportunities and opportunities for girls.

Who are we?

Girls Forward Foundation is a girls' organization that is committed to girls between the ages of 14 and 27. The goal of Girls Forward is to increase self-reliance, expand their network and further develop their talents. We try to improve the lives of the girls by giving workshops and training courses that address social themes. From discovering one's own identity to focusing on the future.

What are you going to do?

• Making new connections with potential donors, sponsors and grant providers.
• Maintaining new and existing relationships.
• Develop and execute fundraising strategies to achieve financial goals and support the Girls Forward mission.
• Write persuasive grant applications, sponsorship proposals, and other fundraising materials with ease.
• Together with the team, you organize great fundraising activities and events to increase our visibility and generate income.
• Of course, you also keep a close eye on the results and report progress to the Board.

What do we ask of you?

• At least 3 years of experience as a fundraiser and/or in applying for grants, preferably in the non-profit sector.
• Next level communication skills, both spoken and written.
• That you speak and write English just as well as the Dutch language.
• That you have a dose of persuasiveness and know how to represent Girls Forward well during conversations.
• Able to work independently and be results-oriented.
• Obviously you have a passion for the mission and you support the objectives of Girls Forward.
• You can arrange your hours yourself and are flexible, taking into account the agreed deadlines.
