As a volunteer at the financial walk-in, you form a bridge between visitors and authorities. Grip on your Money is a project of De Rainbow Group and supports people who have difficulty understanding or organizing administration and financial affairs. When visitors first come to us, they often have overdue payments or problematic debts.
As a volunteer, you may receive and speak to people and, as much as possible, be able to offer a solution on the spot for various financial issues.
Do you live in Amsterdam. Are you patient, are you a good listener and do you have perseverance. Do you not judge and are you respectful of cultural differences and different norms and values? Then you are more than welcome and we would love to hear from you!
