In the Meevaart, cooking is done daily in our neighborhood kitchen. Neighborhood cooking groups come together here to follow cooking lessons and workshops. In addition, we serve an affordable hot meal three days a week in our neighborhood restaurant, where everyone from the neighborhood is welcome. Every month we also organize the World Table: a communal meal where residents share food from their own culture. Eating together connects!
But our current stove is in dire need of replacement. That's why we're looking for a sturdy 8-burner gas stove that is suitable for intensive use.
