Board Members - Board Advisors of various skilled capacity required

Currently there are 4 members on the board.

2 co-chair persons, 1 treasurer and 1 secretary.

We have a huge list of jobs that are needing doing, but all working parents, with young children, and not enough hours in the day we have not been able to accomplish our goals set out upon us as we lack the skills required to do many of the jobs.

Legal - we need someone to help us review our legal contract with the Gemeente contract we have for our location.

GDPR- to help us ensure we are follow the EU laws on data protection and our members.

HR - help us create hiring policies and look into VOGs for our volunteers

Community Manager - someone who help us look at our communication channels and ensure we are operating at a high level.

Web Developer - we currently use Wix, but know we could do with a lot more effort on this.

SEO - we have a core community who uses us, but still want to ensure that everyone who are looking for someone for young families will find us.

Content Creator - as a community center we have ample ideas, but our volunteers come with young children so cannot actually do something themselves most of the time.

Onsite managers - people who live locally to come and help out with the location itself.

At the same time, we will also be looking for the new board to move forward, so will include 2 co chair persons, one to manage business development and the other to manage the location and running of the playgroup. A treasurer and a secretary.

Having run the organisation for the last 6 months, we believe having more than 4 people on the board with a variety of skill sets will mean more can be achieved.
