Life Skills is looking for enthusiastic homework tutors for students of VMBO / HAVO / VWO in Amsterdam Southeast. We are open on Monday, Wednesday from 15-17.Detailed description
What are you going to do?
As a homework tutor, you guide students in their self-development, their studies and in doing their homework and learning tests. You support them in making a plan, teach them to learn, draw up personal development plans with them and provide tailor-made advice, offer perspective, answer their questions about the subject matter, teach them to take control and check their homework and provide a test/assessment. practice test. We have specific methodologies for all components, which we use to guide you.
Life Skills consists of an enthusiastic team of 18 voluntary part-timers and also works closely with various stakeholders in schools, government and companies. We believe in the power of difference. Your ideas are therefore always welcome.
What do we expect from you?
You have recently completed VWO or you have a bachelor's or master's degree. In addition, you are patient, you like to explain, you are creative in transferring information, you are solution-oriented, you think inclusion is important, you have a hands-on mentality and you get energy from working with young people.
